MONTH OF PERFORMANCE ART – BERLIN 2013
Crossing Context, Neukölln Program

“My mom is a wolf, my dad…” is the second project of a trilogy on “autobiographical writing” and is a work on healing processes. What do our inner animals tell us? How can we be in dialogue with them? Camilla Graff Junior, aka former punk-rock musician Mona Motel, shares her experience, based on autobiographical material; photos, video clips, a collection of plastic animals and family stories. Her dad is invited to comment on the material and is given a new task with each performance.

By and with: Camilla Graff Junior (DK)
Media collaborator: Paolo Podrescu / XLT (US)
Lighting design and technical consultant: Tobias Stål (SE)
Guest performer: Niels Bøgeskov Junior (DK)

Hello Dear True Berlin Reader! I’m Heather, a freelance photographer and writer exploring this vibrant city. There’s so much to do and see in Berlin that it’s easy to feel a little overwhelmed, that’s where I come in…guiding you through the city like a good friend. Pointing out the places you would frequent as a resident - not a tourist; art openings, events, restaurants, bars, usw.
