You love eclectic and international food and you just so happen to be in Kreuzberg on a Thursday night!?! Street Food Thursday will be the best place to be then. It is an international and unique gathering of food lovers that began its practice since April of this year. One can get anything from Korean kimchi rice, original Mexican tamales, vegetarian or meaty pies from New Zealand, Jamaican  finger food and German desert pies.

Street Food Thursday carries a bit misleading title, suggesting a more simplistic and fast approach to making and serving the food. The good news is that Street Food Berlin is far from simplistic. Intricate, foreign and delicious is what exactly describes the event best. Oh and make sure you stop by the Kimchi lady.  Her stand is always crowded and popular and now  we know why-her innovative ideas and approach to traditional korean food are superb.

Street Food Thursday is presented by the same people that organize the Markthalleneun Friday and Saturday market event. They all take place at the same address. If you need more information about the weekend market just have a look  at the Markthalle Neun review on out event page.

Hello Berlin explorers, I am Tia (short for Teodora, 28) and I am very excited to share my unique and local experience of this amazing city. I've lived all over the German capital and I am a big fan of each and every borough. I hope, through my reviews, you will get to experience the true Berlin and become a fan as well.
