Madhouse for beginners.

Every time I go there (it’s not very often though, i could become mad too) it’s like entering state of craziness- alcohol, music, drugs, dancing, few rooms  next to each other – in each different music with no door in between,  so you can move from here to there, following your very inner instincts and not feeling guilty or abnormal about it.

The party goes from friday till monday , sometimes there are parties also during the week, it functions as a bar too.

Entrance fee is always around 10 euro,  Sometimes the  waiting line is very long, so best time to come is actually around 4am( weekends), you can definitely sense the folly in the air and guessing you’ve already got a few drinks before, you’re perfectly fit to hit the danceflloor and mix with the  dizzy crowd. Every week the line up is hot, but even if you don’t know the dj’s i can assure you, you’ll have fun.

In summer they do  open air movie screenings showing  lately launched, current movies. Also worth remarking is the courtyard that also leads you right away to the mood of Tim Burton’s movies- chairs and other furniture hanging on the trees, there is a canoe, where you can sit instead of a chair ( there are some chairs standing on the ground too).

Don’t forget to take your brain with you while leaving, or at least make a deal with yourself before entering: what happens in Renate is out of our space, it just didn’t happen.

Berlin should be my second name- i like my name too much, however,Berlin is the love of my life. If I leave it than only to have a love affair with another place, but I'll come back. From rock n roll dives to posh champagne bars , open airs, flea markets, bookstores, concept stores, caffes etc- i ve been (almost) everywhere. It's an electric city powered by thousands of different, creative people and it offers infinite cultural possibilities. If u won't fall in love in Berlin like i did, don't miss your chance for a fling at least..
